We may also collect technical and attribution information such as IP address, browser/device data, page visits, referral source, campaign parameters, click identifiers and interactions with calls or forms.

How we use information

We use information to receive and qualify project requests; communicate about a request; visit a site; prepare, revise and administer estimates or agreements; schedule and perform work; provide customer service; prevent fraud or misuse; maintain business, tax, warranty and legal records; improve the website; and measure advertising performance. Submitting a project request does not enroll you in a general marketing email or text list.

When information is disclosed

We may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, form processing, analytics, advertising attribution, email, file storage, communications and business operations; to professional advisers; when reasonably necessary to protect people, property or Landco's rights; or when required by law. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell your name, email address, phone number or project address for money.

Project photos

Uploaded photos are used to evaluate, respond to or perform the requested work and to maintain related business records. Uploading a photo does not give Landco permission to publish it in advertising, social media, a portfolio or other public marketing. Public marketing use requires separate permission. You represent that you have authority to share each uploaded image and that it does not unnecessarily identify or expose another person or private information.

Sensitive information

Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card or bank information, identification documents, alarm or access codes, medical information or other sensitive data through a website form or photo. Contact Landco before sending information that requires special handling.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for applicable business, tax, warranty, dispute and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small business, but no internet transmission, email or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to stop project-related calls, texts or emails, or request access to, correction of or deletion of information you provided. We may retain information when reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, maintain business or legal records, resolve disputes, protect rights or comply with law. Children

This website is intended for property owners, contractors and other adults seeking sitework services, and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
