General website information

This website provides general information about Landco Development LLC services. Website content, photographs and examples are not a construction contract, engineering opinion, survey, permit determination, utility-location service, drainage guarantee or representation that a particular method is suitable for a property. Site-specific decisions require field review and, when applicable, licensed professional or government approval.

Project requests do not create a contract

Submitting a form, uploading photos, speaking with Landco or receiving preliminary information does not obligate Landco to accept a project, reserve equipment or a schedule, guarantee availability, establish a final price or authorize work. Work begins only under an accepted written estimate, proposal or agreement and its payment and scheduling terms. If a signed project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.

Estimates and site conditions

Descriptions, timing and pricing may change after field verification, measurements, utility-location review, equipment-access review, permit or jurisdictional review, soil and groundwater conditions, drainage-outlet confirmation, concealed or private underground systems, weather, disposal requirements, material availability or changes in scope.

Your submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having authority to provide a project address, description and uploaded content. Do not submit unlawful content, another person's confidential information or unnecessary sensitive data. For uploaded content, you give Landco a limited permission to receive, copy, store and share it with necessary service providers or advisers solely to evaluate, respond to, document or perform the requested work and protect legitimate business or legal interests. You do not grant public marketing rights; public use requires separate permission.

Service and geographic limitations

Landco performs grading, drainage, land clearing, gravel access, erosion-control and site-preparation services. Landco does not pour concrete or asphalt. Services, methods and geographic availability depend on project scope, property conditions, access, jurisdiction, scheduling and mobilization fit. A city page describes a service area and does not represent a separate office.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use this website to learn about Landco and make legitimate project inquiries. You may not misuse a form, upload malicious or unlawful material, probe or disrupt the website, impersonate another person or copy website content for commercial use. Unless otherwise stated, Landco owns or licenses the website text, design, branding and project imagery.

Website availability and third-party services

The website and forms are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landco does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free transmission, complete security or that website content will always be current. Links and embedded services operated by others are governed by their own terms and practices.

Governing law and changes

These website terms are governed by Georgia law, without overriding any rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Landco may update the website or these terms; the effective date above identifies the current version.
